SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer free of charge courier shipping across Lithuania. It usually takes 1-2 working days. For other EU countries the shipping fee is 10 euros and the fee for the rest of the world is 15 euros.
We ship worldwide via Lithuanian Post using 1st class recorded delivery. All packages feature tracking data which allows you to determine the expected arrival date. Please note that we do not include insurance in the basic shipping costs. If you would like to add insurance to the shipping of your item, please let us know in advance. If you need your dress at a certain date, please do not hesitate to contact us as we may able to arrange express shipping for you.
When your order is placed we will send you a confirmation email. All orders are despatched in 2 business days.
Once your item has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email including a tracking number. Delivery takes 5-7 days in the European Union and 10-14 working days for the rest of the world depending on delivery destination.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you have ordered the wrong size, decided the items do not fit you perfectly or wish to return/exchange it for any other reason we are ready for you to do so within 14 days of delivery. We are not able to accept returned/exchanged items that are soiled or dirty or have been worn or washed. All the garments have to be in their original packaging and have original label on them. We do not accept returns with removed labels.

The parcel should be returned using the Tracked & Signed service. The refund will be made as soon as the returned parcel has been received. We recommend you get a proof of posting. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed instantly. If the PayPal payment was funded by credit card the money will go back to the card and depending on the card issuer it may take up to four days before it shows on the customer’s credit card statement. Refunds of transactions that were funded by bank account or PayPal balance are credited instantly to the customer’s PayPal account. The refund will exclude shipping costs, with the exception of faulty items.
TAXES AND DUTIES
For delivery to European Union countries prices already include VAT. Taxes and duties are included in the price shown at the checkout.
Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes. Price displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties.
